Terms and Conditions for Booking with Space City LTC

By booking with Space City LTC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to handle firearms under Texas and federal law.
You must be at least 18 to take the course and to apply for a License to Carry in Texas.

2. Online Course Policy

Once purchased, the Online Texas LTC Course is non-refundable.
You must complete the course and pass the final quiz to receive your LTC-104 certificate.
The certificate is required to schedule your shooting proficiency test.

3. Shooting Proficiency Test Requirements

You must bring the following to your scheduled shooting appointment:

Valid government-issued photo ID
Two (2) printed copies of your LTC-104 certificate
One unloaded handgun and one unloaded magazine
50 rounds of brass-case ammunition
Closed-toe shoes and safety-appropriate attire

Firearms must arrive unloaded and secured. Unsafe behavior will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

4. Beginner LTC Package

If you purchased the Beginner LTC Package, your appointment includes beginner firearm instruction and the LTC shooting proficiency test. You must complete both portions for successful certification.

5. Reschedule & No-Show Policy

24+ hours notice: You may reschedule at no cost.
Less than 24 hours: A $15 rescheduling fee is due at the range.
No-show: You must rebook at full price. No exceptions.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once the course has been accessed or an appointment has been scheduled.

7. License to Carry Application

Space City LTC does not issue licenses. You must apply through the Texas DPS after completing training.
